3. Please try to avoid any products in your hair such as gels, oils, conditioner and etc. Make sure your hair is freshly washed & detangled.

4. Please drop off laces 72 hours (3 days )  before your desired appointment time for customization ( this is bleaching & plucking knots) write name or appointment time on the bag. Before dropping off laces please text me in advance, IF LACES NOT DROPPED OFF 48 hours before your appointment there will be an $15 FEE. 

5. NO EXTRA GUEST.

7. please come on time Beauties, AFTER 10 minutes there's a $10 FEE, AFTER 30 minutes appointment will be canceled with no REFUNDS

8. please make sure when PURCHASING your frontals you buy them preplucked, don't be cheap with your laces, if not you will be declined for this service. 

9. FOR ALL MY FUTURE BEAUTIES , PLEASE invest in HD & TRANSPARENT LACES for a flawless installation. if you're a darker skin tone I would recommend Swiss lace as well.
